Dr. Paula Gencarelli
Dr. Paula Gencarelli is a compassionate dentist with over 15 years of experience in family and cosmetic dentistry. She graduated from Rutgers University with a BA in Biology and a minor in Psychology. She then went on to earn her dental doctorate from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
Dr. Gencarelli completed a General Practice Residency at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center, focusing on oral surgery and emergency dental care. She is committed to excellence in all aspects of dentistry, regularly expanding her skills as she strives for excellence.
Outside the office, Dr. Gencarelli enjoys spending time with her husband and their two sons.
Dr. Justin Lee
Dr. Justin Lee is a dedicated dentist near Roseland, with a strong background in chemistry and biotechnology. He earned his master's degree in biotechnology from Johns Hopkins University before pursuing dentistry at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry.
Dr. Lee completed his residency at Jersey City Medical Center and has been serving the northern New Jersey community ever since. He is an active member of the American Dental Association and the New Jersey Dental Association, continually pushing the limits of his craft to provide the best care for his patients.
In his spare time, Dr. Lee enjoys exercising, watching movies, and spending time with his wife and their four pets.

Dr. Vanessa Ballentine is a skilled dentist known for her expertise in general and cosmetic dentistry. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and a Master of Science in Biology with a focus on Neuroscience from Seton Hall University.
Dr. Ballentine earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Nova Southeastern University School of Dental Medicine and completed a general practice residency at Hackensack UMC Mountainside Hospital.
